How do I operate the Frozen Drink Machine?
It's really quite easy and we'll show you when we get you set up. But basically you mix up a batch of drinks, pour it into the top of the machine, turn it on and just sit back and wait about 30 to 45 minutes. That's it. When you notice the "Mix Low" light come on, it may be time to get the next batch ready and pour it in.
Does Krazy Parrot supply any Alcohol?
No, we don't provide any alcohol or beer. We supply the beverage mix only. If you plan to use alcohol in your drinks, please have it available when we deliver and set-up the machines.
What else do I need for a Frozen Drink Machine?
The only other things are simply water (not even ice) and most importanly a 20 Amp 110 Volt Dedicated outlet. "110 Volt" refers to the electricity in a standard outlet. "20 Amp" refers to the size of the breaker at your breaker box. Breakers are individually labeled with their amperage. "Dedicated Circuit" means that there are NO other large electrical appliances on the same breaker.
What else do I need for a CoolCube Rental?
Just a Keg of Beer (or two kegs with the CoolCube Pro) & and Ice for the cooler.
Can I use my own drink mixes?
No . . . you may only use drink mixes supplied by Krazy Parrot. Most products you find elsewhere are not suitable for a commercial quality machine and may cause damage.
What do you have for Kids?
We have Twenty-two flavors of Blizzard Fruiti Freeze that make awesome slushees.
Where do you deliver?
Our rental price includes free delivery in the Portland metro area. Of course we'd be happy to go further, however we will need to charge a bit more for delivery.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We can accept cash (of course!) or a personal check from a local bank.
How do I reserve a Frozen Drink Machine or CoolCube?
Please call or email us as soon as you're ready to make a reservation. A $50 deposit holds your resevation.
Krazy Parrot does not sell, distribute or provide any type of alcohol, alcoholic mixes or beer. The use of our equipment in a safe & responsible manner is the responsibility of the customer.
If alcoholic beverages are placed in our equipment, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to use sound judgement, to prohibit under age consuption of alcohol, and to protect against anyone driving while under the influence of alcohol.
